One moment, the foobs were in a teal-and-lavender monstrosity of a wedding, and the next they were propelled back into the past. But it was a different version of the past. What happened?
Oh, this is sweeeeeeeeet; using Elly's weaknesses against her on purpose will surely lead to her downfall. Probably just in time for Lynn to either give up or for the spin-off to come into play, too.
I wonder...if Elly's Journal is indeed an object of suzerain might, able to warp reality...what would happen if Mike uses it to create his own version of "Paradise"?

Ooh, that thought is both intriguing and terrifying.
The drawing style looks different--less cartoony and more realistic. Was that on purpose?
Kind of. I was using as a reference a picture of a boy holding a Gameboy, and when I work from a photo instead of a comic (like referencing foob strips) I tend to draw in a more realistic style. I considered adjusting it to make it more cartoony, but then I thought, "Heck, the strip characters look different just about everytime we see them," and I decided to roll with it. :)
