God damn Elly for all of this; if she had the decency to admit she had a great life, Deanna and Mike wouldn't be forced to do stuff like this. I hope the payoff is sweet; I'm thinking like the SNL version of the ending of It's a Wonderful life.
It's nice that Mike is telling his kids he loves them through notes in the crawl-space; he never did it when they were together.

I have what I think is a pretty good payoff in mind--but that will [probably] have to wait until Lynn goes to her much-promised/threatened straight reprints. :)
