One moment, the foobs were in a teal-and-lavender monstrosity of a wedding, and the next they were propelled back into the past. But it was a different version of the past. What happened?
Well, at least he put some thought into the process and tried to anticipate Elly's needs. (Especially her need to be angry all the time for no reason.)

That's the key!
I wanted to hedge my bets in case (a) Elly is shown opening his gift and (b) she likes it. If she likes it, then it was completely dumb luck. Which it also will be if she hates it. ;)
Whiffex 2 Electric Bugaloo! That product title is so full of win. The other product titles are good too, but that one is my favourite. I like the way Phil and Elly shop so similarly. My only complaint – no silhouetted shelves that look like a city skyline from the exotic bottle shapes; but that’s a minor quibble.

Thanks--that one was actually an afterthought, as I'd left some of the products blank to think of when I added text in my image editor. Then when I thought of it, it gave me a bit of a giggle so I figured I did something right. :)

Clearly, Phil does not shop at the right places! I was actually planning to put "Hinkley's Handy Haven" on his shopping bag, however I didn't realize until after I'd uploaded the image that I'd forgotten to do so. And then, it was already an hour past my bedtime.

"One year's worth of protection." Can you buy condoms one at a time? :>)
I love the product names! I want a Jug O' Suds.

Can't you just imagine the people at the company trying to decide how many to put in a package that promises one year's worth of protection? ;)

Thanks. I think I might want Clean of Sheba. :)
Oh, this is brilliant! I bow down to you yet again! :D
Love the product names...my favorite is 'Clean of Sheba'.
Thanks, Destroyer of Worlds. :)
