One moment, the foobs were in a teal-and-lavender monstrosity of a wedding, and the next they were propelled back into the past. But it was a different version of the past. What happened?
Oh God, I remember that whole grad sequence was up and running right about the time April's Real Blog started; it was the perfect horrible storyline to start out ARB with. I remember this one part where Apes is like, "Don't worry--soon it'll be nothing but farm farm farm."
Is Abby a real character? Or is she made up? I'm not real clear on Anthony's family.
Beth Cruikshank (Lynn's former SIL) made her up in the "official" Anthony biography at the foob site. She was supposedly born in May of 1995. She's never been seen or mentioned in the strips. Anthony once alluded to having at least one sibling when he pointed out that having his grandmother stay with his family [temporarily] was like having a third parent, only she was "on our side." No name[s] or gender[s] given though.

Well, that makes her the youngest and most verbose member of Team Get-Elly, doesn't it? She wants her life back and she wants it to happen now.

Of course! Like every girl her age, she just wants to be able to spend four weeks on her grade-8 "grad," like Apes did back in 2005. ;)

You remember correctly cedar--the "grad" story arc was endless and it was one of the first storylines I snarked via ARB. :)

I have an 8th-grade daughter myself, at the moment... Does this make me more sympathetic? -- YOU BET!! XD
