When is a new year also an old year?

Okay, sorry about sticking this image in your brains. Also for the wonky perspective. It was, um, their passion that destroyed the angles!

OOOoooooooohhhhhh...... That's pretty bad but at least it's not Elly and John having sex. I can see why he kept his mouth shut; 'kissing' and telling is for clods like his big sister.

Sharing any details with Elly would be a no-win situation. BTW, were you able to make out the title of the book Connie has on her nightstand? ;)

I don't know how I missed that you were doing this strip. It's great! I love today's strip!

"Kama Sutra for Suburban Women?" Me likey!!! Too bad Elly wouldn't; too many nakey peepee in funny poses for her tastes.

Elly would be scandalized, of course--plus this would confirm some of her dark suspicions about Connie. ;)

I’ve seen worse in For Better or For Worse.

I like the joke that Connie doesn’t know what year it is. I don’t know, and I don’t think Lynn Johnston knows either.

Also, I liked the nonreflecting mirror, a classic FOOB image.

I'll call it another homage! ;)

Thanks--it seemed fitting.

Heh--maybe this has been a very subtle clue that Milborough actually occupies an alternative "vampire" universe. ;)

I wonder if this actually happened in the original run of the evens, or if it's something Connie changed this time around in her attempts to snag Phil.

Me, too, apologyhat! We know that in the original arc, Phil was gone long enough for Elly to worry--and what happens during that time is never filled in, so it could have gone any number of ways. ;)
