Based on the strip I thought would be reprinted today

So, this is based on the strip that originally ran on 1/30/1981.  Lynn ran a new-run yesterday--I'm not sure if I'll just end up a day out of synch or just generally scrod.  Anyway, if you'd like to find the strip I referenced, search the strip catalog at the foob site using decision-makers of the future in your punchline search.

I hope they'll be there too; I also hope for that pitchfork waving mob to show up at the Tiny Train House this April. The only question that remains is figuring out who stands on the chair and says 'Hanging is too good for her!'

There's something so bittersweet about how Mike has learned (too late?) to appreciate his children. I can't imagine real-time Mike being able to recall his children's ages and birthdays without looking at a calendar.

Hm.... Maybe I'll auction off the opportunity for a reader to have him/herself comic-fied and inserted into the strip for that purpose. ;)

Good point. "Dee? It's birthday time again already? Didn't we do that already... about, erm, 12 months ago?" ;)
